What we collect

Only what you type into our quote form: your name, phone number, email address, whether the property is commercial or residential, and whatever you write in the message field. Apart from the visit counting described under “Tracking on this site,” nothing on this site collects anything else.

What we do with it

We use it to get back to you about cleaning your property. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Tracking on this site

Our hosting provider counts page visits in aggregate — which pages were viewed and roughly where visitors came from — without cookies and without identifying you.

We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to learn whether our Google ads lead to quote requests and phone calls. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Who else sees it

A form submission reaches us by email, so the provider that delivers that email handles it, and this site is served by our hosting provider. Both handle it only to get your message to us. Nobody else sees it.

Asking us to delete it

Email pro.freshcleaning@outlook.com or call 561-807-3393 and ask us to delete what you sent, and we will.

Children

This is a site for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
